I seriously do remember thinking that the best line ever was toan nyguen or whatever the fuck in some 411 back when he was big shit on shortys for seriously about 3 months. he had a line in the 411 where he did a kickflip back tail to fakie then immediately did a switch kickflip back tail fakie on the next ledge, i thought it was the craziest best shit ever, and that he had just done it spur of the moment after he landed the kf back tail.
I was pretty stupid.
in the lakai throwawy footage koston does the oppisite, switch flip back tail back to regs, then kickflp back tail fakie down the handrail they built. idk why they didn't use it, if it was the Es' shoes or wat
early pj ladd was great about lines that felt like well planned out for landing in the right way to do the next trick. not even just the stance he landed in, but his feet would alreday be set up for the next trick sometimes. crazy.
